    Troy has been in the Quick Service industry working at every level for franchisers and franchisees alike for over 35 years. Troy is currently the Vice President of Operations for OK Restaurants Holdings, LLC which owns and operates 35 Carls Jr restaurants in the state of Oklahoma and north Texas. He has worked with several brands including Yum, Burger King, and Whataburger. He has been in the CKE systems for 22 years.

    Raine has over 15 years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant with roles as Director, Franchise Business Consultant, & District Manager.

    He is now Director of Operations for Hardee’s in Indianapolis and has been working with the Hardee’s brand for 4 years

    Keith Brown


    Keith has more than 30 years of experience in the food service industry in both full-service restaurants and cafeterias. He has been with Piccadilly for 10 years after holding leadership positions with Luby’s/Fuddruckers and Darden Restaurants (Red Lobster). Keith currently oversees the Operations for the company as well as the Institutional Feeding and Emergency Services divisions, which includes the Education, Business & Industry, Senior Dining, and Healthcare, and Emergency segments.  Additionally, Keith is currently also charged with expanding the new concept for the company the Piccadilly To Go Shops. 

    Keith holds a BBA from Texas A&M in College Station, TX and an MBA from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.

His 30 years of hands-on style leadership has given me the ability to move individual locations or territories quickly to positive sales and profitability.

    His experience includes family style dining, full-service restaurants, and event catering. Proven results include profitability improvements, development of catering programs, team and leadership development, new store openings, construction project management, community marketing, and maintaining operations excellence.

    He has achieved various certifications in Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management and Harassment Prevention Training.

    Moreover, he has been awarded Million-dollar club award, Highest brand store award and Highest OSAT score award.

    Shelley Brandenburg joined the organization on October 23, 2019 as the HR/Payroll Director. Shelley graduated in 1995 with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She then went on to get her Associate’s in Accounting and her HR certification. She spent 25 years in the staffing industry as the Operations Manager/HR Director before joining out team.

    Fred Otillio is the Chief Information Officer of Falcon Holdings for over 8 years. Fred brings over 35 years of hands-on experience to all areas of IT within the organization.
