Falcon Holdings Management LLC was founded in 1999 by Aslam Khan. The original transaction that began the company was a purchase of 97 highly distressed restaurants in the Churchs Chicken Franchise system.
Khan has repeatedly bought Churchs restaurants on the verge of bankruptcy and turned them around. Under his leadership, the company has made drastic improvements in human resources, financial performance, and growth. The exceptional track record of building Falcon and developing effective teams is attributed to the People First philosophy. Training is also a key component to this success as well as technology-driven results.
The Corporate office was in Atlanta, Georgia in 1999 and was moved to Chicago, Illinois shortly thereafter to be closer to the restaurants and create a fresh start. The Corporate office remained in Chicago for 8 years and moved to Dallas, Texas in 2009 where it currently resides. Falcon has become a large multi-unit operator of multiple brands in the last 3 years and is recognized as one of the top 30 in the country. Falcon has added to the portfolio additional brands such as Hardees, Carl’s Jr, Piccadilly and K&W. It continues to look for difference concepts in the marketplace that would be compliments to the existing portfolio.
