The Corporate office was in Atlanta, Georgia in 1999 and was moved to Chicago, Illinois shortly thereafter to be closer to the restaurants and create a fresh start. The Corporate office remained in Chicago for 8 years and moved to Dallas, Texas in 2009 where it currently resides. Falcon has become a large multi-unit operator of multiple brands in the last 3 years and is recognized as one of the top 30 in the country. Falcon has added to the portfolio additional brands such as Long John Silvers and A & W in 2013 and Hardees in 2015. It continues to look for difference concepts in the marketplace that would be compliments to the existing portfolio.
