Pamela Larussa is currently the District Manager for the South district overseeing 7 Hardee’s restaurants. Pam started her career with Hardee’s in May of 1996 making her our most-tenured DM with over 28 years of experience and a role model to follow in loyalty & integrity her experience and passion for the brand can’t be missed when you interact with her or her restaurants.
