Keith L. Brown
Keith brings over 40 years of extensive leadership in the food service industry, spanning full-service restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional food service. He has served in pivotal roles at Piccadilly, Luby’s/Fuddruckers, and Red Lobster under Darden Restaurants.
Currently, Keith oversees Piccadilly's operations and leads its Institutional Feeding and Emergency Services divisions, encompassing Education, Business & Industry, Senior Dining, Healthcare, and Emergency segments. He is also spearheading the expansion of Piccadilly's new concept, Piccadilly To Go Shops.
Keith holds a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Lamar University. His career has seen him excel across Operations, Training, and Food Service divisions, emphasizing communication and collaboration between restaurant managers and corporate teams to meet guest and team member needs effectively.
