John Roberts

Started working at K&W at 14 years old. Been with them for 23 years. Went into management training when I was 18 after going to college for 2 years. Worked and multiple locations throughout Virginia from 2009-2015. Was named the GM of the Crossroads location in 2015 until 2020. Moved into DM role starting March 2020. Had that role throughout the next 4 years until being named VP of Operations June 2024.

Met my wife Renea at K&W when I was 21. She left the company and went into the dental field. We have 3 children. 2 sons Riley(8), Cameron (5) and 1 daughter Finley (2 months). Passions are my family and watching them grow. Both sons love to play soccer and basketball. We love the Celtics in basketball, Red Sox in baseball.
