James Doughty

Jim Doughty is a 46 year veteran in the Quick Service Industry starting with training to be a General Manager and rising to the level of a Zone Director of Operations. Due to Jim’s dedication, he became a training manager and later an Instructor in the Train the Trainer program. Jim continues to lead a team of dedicated managers in his current role with Falcon Holdings’ Church’s Chicken arm.
