Mahmood Ahmed

Mahmood's career in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry began over 30 years ago as a dishwasher and chicken cutter. Through dedication and continuous education, he advanced to become a district manager and later pursued high-level IT certifications. Joining Falcon Holdings LLC, the largest Church's Chicken franchisee, as a Network Manager, he quickly rose to the role of CIO.
Mahmood's leadership was pivotal in founding and growing an overseas back office management company to 150+ employees, serving over 800 QSR locations in the U.S. With 24 years of experience, he excels in systems modernization, managing multinational teams, and implementing technologies in mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Mahmood is the Chief Strategy Officer at Falcon Holdings LLC, where he continues to drive strategic initiatives and growth.
