RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Restaurant General Manager works under the direction of the Market Leader. The RGM is responsible for; the hands-on day to day activities and operations of the restaurant, ensuring the successful Implementation of Churchs' initiatives and programs, achieve or exceed all established financial sales and profitability plan, all banking responsibilities and all administrative responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE OF SKILLS AND ABILITES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Knowledge of profit and loss statements.
2. Some knowledge of current training systems and POE systems
3. Knowledge of preparing employee evaluations and employee disciplines.
4. Knowledge of implementing policies and procedures.
5. Knowledge of financial management.
6. Some knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and selecting hourly employees.
7. Skilled in developing employees by coaching, counseling, and building strong work habits.
8. Skilled in dealing with people and improving customer satisfaction.
9. Ability to plan and organize the activities of others.
10. Ability to supervise others.
11. Ability to communicate with others by using all available resources (e.g. telephones, written correspondence, face-to-face).
12. Ability to manage conflict resolution in an unbiased fashion.
13. Ability to create and provide a positive workplace.
14. Ability to move and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Muss have own vehicle (automobile or truck).
Must have a valid driver's license of proof of insurance.
Must be able to work a minimum of 48 hours per week.
Must be available to work a flexible shift schedule including weekends.
Must have a telephone or access to a telephone at all times.
Must have at least a high school diploma/GED.
Must have 2 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, an AA degree, or 3 years supervisory in a non-restaurant setting.
Successfully complete all training and make a passing score on all applicable tests.
ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager works under the direction of the Restaurant ( General Manager. The ARM Is responsible for: the hands-on day to thy activities and operations of the restaurant, assisting in ensuring the successful Implementation of Churchs initiatives and programs, assist in achieving or exceeding all established financial sales and profitability plan, all banking and administrative responsibilities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have own vehicle automobile or truck).
Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Must be able to work a minimum of 48 hours per week.
Must be available to work a flexible shift schedule including weekends.
Must have a telephone or access to a telephone at all times.
Must have at least a high school diploma/GED
Must have 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
Successfully complete all training and make a passing score on all applicable tests.
SHIFT LEADER

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

To serve as a restaurant leader and ensure that team members on shift are provided with the proper coaching, training and development necessory to provide out standing customer experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
A high school deploma or GED is highly recomended.
ServeSafe food safty trainig is highly recomended
Must be validated in each module of All Star Traing Program, released June 2001.
Must posess a driving licence and possess proof of insurence on the vehicle
Must have access to an automotive vehivle durign shifts
Must have access to a telephone at all times
Must be able to able to open and close restaurent as scheduled.
May be required to work temporily at other local restaurants (as determined by the ML or ZDO) during emergencies, vacation relief, FMLA relief etc.
Succeffully complete all training and make a possible score on all applicable tests.
TEAM MEMBER

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

To serve each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently while adhering to the procedures found in the Guest Service Overview Section of the Operating Standards Manual and the Customer Service and Register Operations Modules in the All Star Training Program; also obeying Church's Cash Handling Policy. Accomplishing tasks in a timely, clean, and orderly manner.
